彼の目はまだ気違いだ。 (Kare no me wa mada kichigai da) - His eyes are still crazy.
彼 (Kare) - He/him (third person male pronoun). Also used for “boyfriend.”
の (No) - Possessive particle
目 (Me) - Eyes
は (Wa) - Topic particle
まだ (Mada) - Still, yet
気違い (Kichigai) - Madness (in the sense of craziness)
だ (Da) - Informal copula
The kanji for 気違い is made up of 気, which means something like “spirit,” plus 違い, the i form of 違う (chigau), meaning “wrong” or “different.” So kichigai could literally be read “wrong spirit.”
